The organization and conduct of the Competition is provided by the organizing committee of the Citizenship Week of the Education Network of the Eastern European Network for Citizenship Education (EENCE) with the support of the Federal Agency for Civil Education (Bundeszentrale für politische Bildung) and the German Federal Foreign Office.

Организацию и проведение Конкурса обеспечивает организационный комитет Недели гражданского образование Сети гражданского образования стран восточно-европейского партнерства (EENCE) при поддержке Федерального агентства по гражданскому образованию (Bundeszentrale für politische Bildung).  и Министерства иностранных дел Германии.
